All the amenities of home can be found here, including a 40" flat screen TV in the living room, a DVD player, wireless Internet and TV's in all 3 bedrooms.  The private, full-size washer and dryer are located right in the condo.  Linens and towels are provided.  The facilities are well maintained with on-site managers.  It is a very safe area, and the building has electronic locks on all outside doors and secure lower-level garage parking. Don't feel like cooking?  Just take the elevator up to the 29th floor to the Top of Daytona restaurant.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and private master bath. 

The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed, large closet and half bath.  The third bedroom has a queen bed with french doors.

The kitchen is fully furnished with microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishware and cookware.

The living room, with its comfortable sofa and 3 chairs, provides a nice conversation or TV viewing area. There is a large flat screen TV.  Double patio doors both open to the patio.  There is an expandable dining table with 6 chairs and 2 additional stools at the breakfast bar.

All located ocean-side:   A heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, extra large sun deck with lounge chairs and tables/chairs, BBQ grill, tennis court, basketball court and shuffleboard court.  There is also a fitness center, indoor sauna and game room with pool and table tennis for your use.  On the 29th floor, there is a full-service restaurant.
